We didn’t find another ad server that allowed you to do so many things in one place, and instead of being priced on the higher side of what we found (Which it could have been based all of the features they offer.) it was very reasonably priced. Most ad servers we reviewed limited the features you had access to on the lower pricing plans, but UpRival includes all of their great feature no matter the pricing plan you sign up for.
Because of this, we have chosen UpRival as the best ad server to use for 2020.
